Production Times:

Production times vary by product. Many items are available for rush production at little or no additional cost to you.

Proofing:

Electronic Proofs are supplied for your approval prior to production. Production times will begin after the proof has been approved.

Samples:

We understand that sometimes you need to see a physical sample prior to placing an order. Please contact your Promosight Professional to order your sample. Most samples are at no cost to you. customerservice@promosight.com

Order cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact your Promosight Professional. Depending on where the order is in the production process, the order may not be able to be cancelled. customerservice@promosight.com

Returns:

Decorated product cannot be returned, however, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your printed product varies from the electronic proof(s) you approved prior to production, a full refund will be issued.

Most undecorated product can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Some items are restricted, so please contact your Promosight Professional for more information. customerservice@promosight.com

Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped via Ground Service unless otherwise requested. Carriers included are FedEx & UPS. Pallet shipments with freight companies may be necessary on large orders. Prices shown do not include freight. The freight total can be viewed at checkout.
